The Mongolian Tax Law has been amended to impose a 30% of CIT on the value of mineral licenses and land rights in the event of a change in the the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity that possesses the mineral license and land right has occurred due to the transfer of shares. This decree will come into force on January 1, 2018 and will be changed soon.
